Associate Vice President
With over 35 years of experience in federal real estate, capital planning, and program leadership, Lisa Wild, MURP, is a trusted advisor to public and private sector leaders navigating complex infrastructure, portfolio, and organizational challenges. She brings deep expertise in strategic planning, capital program development and execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement.
Before joining Infrastructure Strategies LLC, Lisa held multiple senior leadership roles with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where she guided real estate strategy and program delivery across a large portfolio of assets. As a Senior Project Manager and Regional Client Executive, she led cross-functional teams and advised federal agency leadership on capital planning, asset performance, and workplace strategy, while cultivating strong relationships with headquarters executives and regional stakeholders. She also played a key role on national initiatives to streamline processes, enhance client engagement, and advance best practices across the agency.
Lisa’s experience includes leading the long-term redevelopment and operations of the 670-acre Denver Federal Center, a complex federal campus encompassing over 4 million square feet. In this role, she directed master planning, environmental analysis, stakeholder engagement, and numerous interdisciplinary teams, while advancing innovative solutions to complex real estate and infrastructure challenges. She successfully executed a $25 million public-private land sale that became a nationally recognized best practice for federal community partnering. Lisa also led major initiatives including energy savings performance contracting, childcare program development, land port of entry expansions, and multi-agency planning efforts across the region and nationally.
Earlier in her career in Colorado and Washington, D.C., Lisa served key roles across portfolio management, asset strategy, and real estate planning, overseeing capital investment planning, environmental and historic preservation programs, and large-scale leasing and acquisition transactions totaling millions of square feet. She regularly advised senior federal officials, Congressional stakeholders, and community leaders on complex real estate strategies, funding, and program delivery. Lisa is recognized for her ability to lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration and trust across diverse groups, and translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her partner Brent and their five mostly grown children – Tyler, Sophie, Lauren, Braden and Camryn – often requiring a plane ride to keep up with them all. Together, they take full advantage of the Colorado outdoors, including skiing, biking, camping, paddleboarding and golf, and share a passion for ice hockey at every level, from youth to college and the NHL.
